4.How to use?

1) Preparation: Shake the juice powder packet before opening (to avoid powder puffing out due to the fine barley grass powder). Cut the packet widely for easier pouring. First, pour about 250-300 ml of warm water (around 40℃) into a glass, then add the juice powder. Stir well and drink within half an hour to prevent the active substances from oxidizing.

2) First Box: Drink 3 packets each before breakfast and dinner. For those who are thin, drink it after meals or between meals. For those with severe stomach erosion or ulcers, drink it after meals. After a period of adjustment, you can start drinking it before meals.

3) From the Second Box Onwards: If bowel movements occur once a day, drink 4-5 packets each in the morning and evening, or add an additional dose at noon based on your body's condition.

4) Drink plenty of water: During the period of drinking the juice powder, remember to drink plenty of water.

1. Skin problems: Acne, rashes, or skin itching may occur as the body expels toxins through the skin.

2. Digestive system reactions: These include diarrhea, bloating, stomach pain, or constipation. These reactions are usually due to the intestines reacting to the elimination of toxins.

3. Fatigue and tiredness: The body may feel fatigued or tired during detoxification because it is using energy to detoxify.

4. Headaches: Some people may experience headaches when they start drinking green juice, which is a common reaction as the body clears out toxins.

5. Changes in breath and body odor: During detoxification, bad breath or changes in body odor may occur as toxins are expelled through breath and sweat.

6. Emotional fluctuations: Chemical changes in the body during detoxification may lead to emotional fluctuations, such as irritability, anxiety, or low mood.
