Skin itches for no reason. It could be your liver "crying for help"!

Unexplained skin itching may be a silent warning from your liver. When liver function declines, bile accumulation or toxin buildup can irritate nerve endings, causing the skin to itch as if ants are crawling on it. This type of itching often occurs without a rash, and scratching doesn't relieve it, especially worsening at night. If you also experience yellowing of the whites of your eyes, fatigue, and weakness, you should be wary of liver and gallbladder diseases. Don't just focus on applying medication to relieve the itch; checking your liver function is the fundamental solution. Skin abnormalities are often the internal organs crying for help.
